I was a STEM tutor throughout high school and have continued this into my college years for local high schools. I specialize in maths Trig-Below, Biology and Chemistry (AP and Non AP), anatomy and physiology, physical science, and life sciences. I am very flexible with hours and will accommodate to your needs. I charge anywhere from $15-$35 an hour based upon what you can do. I'm not in it for the money, it's just extra for me, I'm here to help you learn and excel.
I believe that every student is different and not ever student learns the same. I like emphasis on visual education and demonstrations because they stick with you much longer than technical memorization of topics. I have a BA in Chemistry and a BA in Environmental Studies. During and after earning my degree, I spent almost nine years working in healthcare as a medical assistant, teaching patients in a one on one environment. Most recently I was an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor. I have given training presentations to groups from as small as three to as large as sixty. During this school year, I have worked as a substitute teacher for Calvary Christian Academy.I was involved in 4-H for 9 years.
