I extensively use music, video, flashcards and activities to make my clases fun and interesting. Discussion, and even newspaper articles can be supplemented as class materials. Better academics combined with more fun is the goal.

I have helped friends (and their children) to prepare for exams since when in high school I won various awards for my performance on exams. I won the top score for the Regents exam for Duval County in 1971 and for this I was recognized by the downtown Rotary Club. Also I won the top statewide scholarship award for the Chamber of Commerce and for the N.H.S. due to performance on exams. Also I won the Merit Scholarship award. I have only recently started to do tutoring for pay. Over the years I have helped my children, my grandchildren, and friends and others to prepare for exams ranging from kindergarten phonics up to and beyond SAT exams.
