A Little Bit About Me...

As far as I can remember I have always appreciated quality education. As a small boy I remember going to the small local library in Portsmouth, Virginia where the Librarian once said that she knew that if she would only have one patron for the day that it would be me. I have worked in three libraries during my career. During college I was selected as a Librarian Assitant based on my interest, academic achievement and overall poitive conduct at the university. After college later on in my carer after college I worked at both the Main Branch and one of the other locations in the City of Richmond, Virginia. Hello! I am currently a Historian for the U.S. Army. I hold a Bachelors degree in history from George Mason University as well as a Masters in history from the same institution. My last degree was completed in 2010. Since then, I have written professional book reviews published in Military Review Magazine and have three lengthy articles on the American Revolution, African American Women in the Military and the American Red Cross being published in 2012! I have taught overseas for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools.
