I believe a successful instructor is the most important part of teaching; one who is knowledgeable, wise, and be able to effectively communicate the knowledge to the students. I have always been an excellent student, graduating valedictorian of my high school class. In college I studied and tutored my favorite subject, Mathematics. I held a tutoring position in the college math lab for two years. It was a first come first serve lab in which students could get questions answered and concepts explained.
