I do believe that teaching students depends on the types of students you teach. You have to consider their learning style. This includes different teaching strategies suited for your students. His is so important as far as what type of assessments that should be given in order to evaluate whether your students are ready for any final test to be given such as Standardized Test like SAT, SOL, College Board Exam.
I have been teaching all types of Mathematics for 30 years from Elementary up to college. Presently, I am a full time high school math teacher teaching Algebra I and II and AP Calculus.
