Whenever I can, I like to be very hands-on in my teaching my students. For example, once I was teaching my class about trees. I had them go outside and collect samples of bark which had fallen on the ground. Then we created a gigantic mural in my classroom and glued the pieces of bark to a tree we had drawn.

I have tutored for Acers tutoring in Orlando for a full year. I have full experience with teaching reading and writing, as well as somer lower level algebra and mathematic skills. The kids have ranged from ages 8-14. As well, I have been giving guitar lessons to kids between the ages of 10-14. The children have all been able to pick up quickly, and being a song writer, I encourage the kids to seek full creativity in their music and learning. My comments on tutoring Poetry : I have tutored and taught students different poetic devices and terms(various areas)

I have wanted to teach students since the first grade. My mother has all my memoirs stored away. I have learned to be so creative in the English realm. I have created so many assignments over the years for my students. Each year the assignments are different. I have also used my creative models as manipulatives for students when they are struggling with English or reading. I teach students to explore and engage in the world of learning and not just follow someone else's lead.
