I have had 22 years total of tutoring experience, worked for six different supplemental educational services tutoring providers, worked for three different online tutoring companies, and have eleven years of experience as an ESL Teacher. My Passion is to help others achieve their learning goals

In my experience I have found that it is always better to not only provide the didactic, but with it there must also be an ability for the student to relate personally. As it relates to methods of instruction, I have always utilized the three step method of: 1) See one, 2) Do one, and 3) Teach one. This is also akin to crawl, walk, and run method. There must always be a teacher student means of communication that is functional and effective.

My teaching style focuses on the student and his/her struggles. I really try to make the student understand the topic at hand and how to study it effectively. Studying techniques are very important and I introduce those techniques to the student. I really guide the student step-by-step through his/her struggles and to build their confidence.
