I tend to be really flexible and try to adapt my teaching style to the learning style of the student. For students who tend to be more tactile, I might have them handle apples if a math problem references apples. If a student is working on a writing assignment, I will offer suggestions (such as marking spelling/grammar/punction mistakes) and help them learn how to correct the errors so they won't continue to make the same errors in the future.

I have 20+ years of Human Resource management experience. During this time, I was responsible for training, presentations, safety, employee relations, compensation, emloyee benefits. I designed training programs and implemented them within the organization. As the executive, I was responsible for editing presentations, composing employee newsletters, providing support to all employees for internal application process. I have assisted them in communication, written and oral. I am listed as an adjunct instructor for the Alamo Community College District.
