Get a personal approach to resume writing

My teaching style is hands on. I always try to make sure you understand the reason behind every change. Ultimately the resume is yours, so if you are 100% uncomfortable with a change, we can work around it. I just have studied and perfected resume formatting and conventions that I hope to use to help others get a their dream job.
My resume was atrocious, but I have completely turned that around, and I can for you. I have extensively studied effective resume writing and various preferred formatting by employers. Most resumes are able to be improved within two hours, but you have to be willing to make that change. A good resume is one that passes the 30 second test. Does yours?

My strength lies in my ability to motivate my students. One of my former assistant principals said that I could get my kids to do anything for me. I motivated them by making learning fun. I have never been one who liked worksheets, but I loved hands on experience. My students did too. Once when we were studying prepositions, and the kids were having a hard time understanding them, I taped clouds on the wall in the hall way. My teaching styles vary depending on the student. I had one student who was an adult, moving to Ecuador for 2 years to work. I taught him the basics using methods such as flash cards, workbooks, and homework assignments. We met 3x a week for 3 months. In college I taught a Spanish course for a Christian Highschool near my university. This was rather different since the students were in their early teens. My method with them was 'FUN.' I used pop culture and things that interested them to help them learn.
