A Little Bit About Me...

I have always had a deep appreciation for knowledge and education. I hold a BS in Marine Science (Oceanography), through which I took many high level science and math courses. I recently completed an MS in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida, where I formulated and conducted my own research project. A Little Bit About Me...

Since I was in college at Eastern Oregon University I have enjoyed working with children to educate them and foster enthusiasm for the sciences, especially chemistry. As an active member of the chemistry club at EOU I volunteered in dozens of elementary chemistry demonstration in the LaGrande OR area. I also participated in summer chemistry camps during this time. After graduation I have voluteered at area high schools during national chemistry week for the local chapter of the American Chemical Society.
