Logical tutor with a wealth of military experience

I have taught military tactics to Soldiers as an NCO since 1998. I was certified as an Advanced Individual Training instructor in 2009. As an NCO, I am responsible for the welfare of those in my charge and several of my former subordinates have called me for advice even though they have other leaders. I was a tutor in college at Trenton State College in math and accounting from January,1989 to May of 1991.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have attained a MS in Counseling and Psychology, and a BS in Psychology with a Math minor. Through my journey into higher education I have been fortunate enough to motivate myself and others to push through tough courses by establishing study groups. I have participated in these groups and have learned that additional study time spent with someone more familiar with a subject is the difference between passing a course the first time and dropping the course to repeat it later. I worked in industry with computers the first 20 years of my career in Caracas, Venezuela. I worked the next 27 years in education as faculty at Brigham Young University and upon retirement at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi. At both places I was teaching computer programming and design and at Del Mar Web design and implementaion.
