A Little Bit About Me...

My experience is one that has taken me many different places to meet many diffrent people. I have always had a gift of helping others and conveying to them my knowledge. I obtained my BA in English Communication from Talladega College and also i have a minor in History. I have had a great deal of expereince in writng papers, essays, articles ,and reports. During my time in college, I also tutored Spanish speaking students in the usuage of the English language.

I have been trained by some of the most demanding professors in the U.S., including Dr. Susan Willis, dramaturg of the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. One of my essays, "Strands of Transcendentalism in Philip Pullman's The Amber Spyglass" has been published. I taught English (grades 7-12) for twenty-five years and retired in 2001. The years in junior high sharpened my knowledge of effective syntax.
