I also believe that questions are as important as answers, and that students learn best in environments in which they are encouraged to ask questions and make mistakes. Students learn through trial and error, and it is important to nurture that process. I realize that, in order for a student to want to learn, the subject must be presented to them in an interesting way. I know I have the ability to make the subject relative to the child in a way that is both easy-to-understand, yet effective. I am extremely patient, enthuastic, and truly love the subject of English. The idea of helping a child who struggles with English or just doesn't like it in general appeals to me greatly.
