Since obtaining my Master’s degree I have had the opportunity to work in coaching and reading specialist positions. This entailed working with both experienced and beginning teachers and students. Each student learns in a different way, whether visually, aurally, kinesthetically, subconsciously, or simply by rote. I find that it is necessary to try each option with all students.
