My teaching style involves getting to know the student as a person first and going from there. Learning how he/she learns something new and what he/she knows and doesn't know quite yet. Every child is different in the way that he/she learns and a person how to figure that out first for a child to be successful. I tutored elementary students while in high school. I am now an Education major at Midwestern State University and I will graduate in May of 2010. At my last job I helped tutor students and get them ready for test and quizzes etc. I enjoy working with kids I can't think of anything better to do with my time.

I graduated in 2006 summa cum-laude from Midwestern State University with a 4.0 grade average, majoring in Biology and minoring in English. I have a detailed academic understanding of both chemistry and biology on many levels. Additionally, writing dozens of papers for both scientific and humanities courses has given me essential grammatical skills necessary for writing higher level essays. Since I graduated I have tutored math, science, English, and writing in the Wichita Falls public school system and for a private tutoring company. I enjoy teaching and working with children. I understand that all children are different and learn in different ways. Because of this I try to tailor my teaching to the individual needs of the student.
