I provide materials and a format that explains fundamental principles, present a variety of fact situations and then entertain questions and comments which drives home the principles to be learned. These are provided in a number sessions to ensure understading of the principles involved.
I have been developing teaching programs for various studies since 1979. I have also prepared and made many presentations to professional groups on various topics. I have also provided educational programs for private clients for many years to suit their needs. I have taught business law in a classroom setting.
