A Little Bit About Me...
My teaching method is to use the principle approach. Each academic subject has foundational principles that make up that subject’s core. To master a subject, a student must understand these principles and then see them expand as the student progresses through a subject. I believe students can be taught problem-solving skills, organizational skills and character-building principles through every subject. Teaching is a gift that I have been given and I want to continue using it to make a difference in my students.
For thirty-seven years I have been involved in education. Thirty-three of those years has been as a principal/teacher in private multi-grade classrooms.
