As an education graduate, I am looking forward to helping children achieve their goals in education. For the past seven years I have been in classrooms ranging from first through fifth grade. I tutored a second grader my senior year in high school and is now teaching two year olds in an early education facility. A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked in both the public and private school settings and have 20 years teaching experience. I enjoy the most the opportunity to work with a child individually because that direct time and attention often makes it easier to assess areas of weakness and how best to adapt instruction to the learner's needs and learning style. A Little Bit About Me...

Majoring in communications in college exposed me to a variety of literature. I took classes in English, script writing, and literature. I also learned about vocal production and public speaking. As I earned a Master of Arts in the dramatic performance field, I taught freshman students a basic speech course for two years. After graduation, I continued onto college faculty and taught for two more years teaching public speaking, voice and communication, and drama courses.
