I am currently a junior at East Tennessee State University majoring in Geography with a minor in International Affairs. I have an extensive background in the field of social studies, having taken multiple AP and honors level social studies courses in high school and studying it in college. Poor college kid trying to make a living

I’m good with kids, high school and below I can break it down easily, I have good study habits, and I like to encourage people to better themselves educationally. My best subjects are in high school is math and chemistry. And I could teach anything middle school and below. I am a digital media student so I am also good with computers.

While I was in high school, I took honors courses and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. I tutored an 8th grade-9th grade boy in TCAPS preparation and helped him complete homework in Math (pre-algebra, algebra, and pre-geometry), Science (biology), and English. I tutored him for two years. After I graduated high school I was accepted to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I am currently in the spring semester of my sophomore year. Each person learns at an individual pace. I use the Gardner system of multiple intelligences to facilitate individual learning style. I do not believe something is impossible to learn, or unteachable. Patience is a moral and ethic rule with my personal professional style.
I have worked with different levels of mental health and emotional maturity for several years. I have spent much of my spare time working within the community at youth centers, soup kitchens and veteran administration homes.
