I love teaching in a hands on style in which the student not only has an algorithm of how to solve a specific problem, but has a thorough understanding of the concepts behind the algorithm. I enjoy having analogies or hands-on activities to demonstrate the concepts. I enjoy helping students work through tough problems by allowing them to make mistakes and then rework the problem a couple of times the correct way.
