Knowing each child learns differently, an assessment of their progress based on test scores, observations and on-on-one tutoring, gives me the strategy I use to develop an individual plan. Some students work well in small groups and other need individual tutoring.
I spent most of my career training adults. For the last two years I have been employed with Richmond City Public Schools as a Title I Math Tutor.
