I have taught elementary math for thirty years in various grades from Kindergarten to sixth grade. I have tutored in both Robeson County and Cumberland County for a total of six years. My studies during college focused on specifically math where I have completed my bachelor's degree of science with a major in math. I served in the US Navy for six years after high school, providing me with a wealth of world experience. I excelled in my studies in the Navy's nuclear power program as a machinist mate and engineering laboratory technician. I subsequently obtained a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
