Although I have used Expert and Formal formats, I prefer to incorporated Personal and Facilitator styles. Personal establishes a prototype for how to think and behave. It oversees, guides, and directs by showing how to do things. Facilitator guides and directs students by asking questions, exploring options, suggesting alternatives. The goal is to develop the capacity for critical thinking, initiative, and responsibility with lots of encouragement and support.

When working towards my Bachelor's I was able to achieve a dual BS in Accounting and Business Management. After working a few years, I decided to go into teaching.
