My teaching style is to have a set of problems made up for the students to observe as examples to help understand certain chapters. I will assign additional problems if needed and focus on the subject matter that is the hardest for the individual to understand. I have taken statistics and gotten an A in the course and still have all course materials to give a general overview of statistics and how to use SPSS. I am knowledgeable on the software and would be able to answer questions on statistics because of how well I did and how I used to help others who struggled with the class.

I beleive children learn hands on and it is an apporach to find what technique works for each child. I am patient, easy-going, get along well with others and with my educational background be a great candidate for this position. I graduated with a degree in elementary education. I have since taught preschool and substitute taught for several years. I also worked at a theraputic staff support worker for behavorial children. By allowing the students to do this, it allows me to see what might be giving them a hard time with the learning. AN AAS in Equine Business from Northwest College, Powell, WY and a AA Liberal Arts Business and minor in Office Inforamtion Systems from WWCC. My Work experience has been a Tutor for Chautaqua- Striders, teacher aide for 5 years, and also being a Substitute teacher.
