Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! I took a creative writing class for two years in high school. I feel that I have a very creative mind and I have good writing composition. I received an A in the class both years.

What I try to do first is get the student to work out the problem, and as they are doing that I will work the problem as well. We will go over our answers together so I have a chance to explain the problem to the student. I believe that repitition and practice makes perfect as long as you have someone to explain it along the way. I will thoroughly explain the problem to the student if they don't understand it. By the end I would hope that the student could then explain how to do the problem to me.
I am now a sophomore at Germanna Community College. I have taken Algebra, Biology, English, Contemporary Mathematics, and various psychology courses. I have been playing and performing flute for 19 years. I began learning flute through the Suzuki method when I was 6 years old. I studied with Aniko Debreceny for 8 years. I graduated from Wheaton College Conservatory where I studied flute with Dr. Jennie Brown, and was a member of the Wheaton College Symphonic Band for 4 years. I took classes in Music Pedagogy.
