Very Hands-on, and active.
Trained intensively in Tap for 3 years*, and at the Intermediate/Advanced Level. Currently training in in Ballet, for the 6th year, although I have not began pointe-work yet. Trained in French for 2 years, soon starting third year. *Meaning that I have taken class everyday for an hour, and I trained under a seasoned professional.

Since then I have taught teens and children but by far the opportunity to teach corporate adults from China was my most unique and rewarding experience. Tap Dancing is one of my top subjects! I have a degree in dance and I have been taking tap classes since I was 3 years old.

I am a recent college graduate and just moved from Georgia to California. I have a degree in dance, but all subjects interest me and I keep current on all of them. I have always liked working with children, and I have found that it is necessary to tailor different approaches to different children. It is also necessary to have more than one approach or technique, because many kids have different learning styles. Some are visual learners, while others are more physical learners( learn by doing, get up and demonstrate the concept). I am a very patient and enthusiastic person with a love for kids and learning and don't like to give up on any child.
