I am excellent at taking in and processing information and then fluently teaching others that same information in a way they can fully understand it. I often use word games or riddles as rewards for good work. It motivates effort from my students and makes them listen more closely. With my esl students, I made sure to apply new words to their life in order to gain the most retention of the new vocabulary words.
