I have used my teaching degree in the business segment teaching technical training courses in telecommunications, computer technology, and general business courses including customer service, safety and inventory techniques. I have built several technical training centers from the ground up. I have coordinated with various vendors to supply materials to assure that the latest technology available was in place. I developed the appropriate training courses to educate technicians on the latest fiber optic equipment and how to test it to resolve service issues. I also developed and deployed training material to disseminate information on new data base applications in the telecommunication arena.
