Whenever possible, I use highlighters, colored pencils, hands-on manipulatives, and other items to help students learn.
I have been teaching elementary students since 1995 in 1st and 4th grades. I have taught all subject areas, especially language arts and math. I want to encourage students to think for themselves and to work through their learning in a way that makes sense to them. I am a very friendly person. I care for my students but firm at the same time. I like to teach on gradually development of knowledge for my students. I like to teach and motivated them. I Give them tools to get the right answer by themselves. I like to teach and have fun at the same time with my students as we learn. I am very patient with the students and I like to help them find their good skills and over achieve their weaknesses to be succesfull in life.
I am a BMA and CPA ,my experience is in the area of sales,bookeeping and customer service. I was also an accounting and bioethic teacher. I am a team leader and very fluent in mathematics,accounting,english and spanish. My goals had always been a professional and to reach high levels of quality and excellence on all my performances.
