I enjoy watching learners succeed. I have the ability to diagnose learning weaknesses in a student, effectively plan a course to re mediate the student's learning weakness, implement a set of steps to assist the student to take the weakness and turn it to a strength building upon already mastered skills, and evaluate the success of the student's efforts and move on or re-teach based upon the student's needs. I have the ability to motivate learners so that they have fun accomplishing the goals set before them. But I am at the same time very task orientated and use a lot of behavior modification techniques in my approach.

My original interest was teaching instrumental music. Although I changed majors and ultimately graduated with a BS in Computer Science, I have continued my interest in teaching, first by volunteer tutoring during college and later by helping adults learn to speak English. I eventually took an intensive summer course in teaching English to speakers of other languages, following which I spent over three years teaching conversational English in Central Asia. Upon returning to the States I worked for a few years for a literacy council, helping administratively and also teaching workplace English. I continue to play in orchestras and teach string instruments privately. I am in the process of completing a Master's degree in Teaching.

I developed a heart for young people at an early age, as my parents were missionaries to Native Americans. I truly believe that education has changed my life and promote higher education. My current job is a graduate research assistant in Wichita State University. I used to conduct research and help professors in preparing exams and teaching different courses. I have finished more than seventy hours of graduate courses which are required for PhD degree in Industrial engineering. I worked for five years in Jordan as a production and quality control engineer. As a quality control engineer with the Prince Faisal Workshops in Amman Jordan, I managed inspectors and inspection station in a versatile organization. I used to manage the Dynamometer plant for engines inspection. I worked for one year as a procurement engineer.
