After graduating from college, I traveled overseas to teach children in a teacher shortage area. There I taught every subject for second grade, middle school English, pre-algebra, 3rd grade history, and drama. Upon returning to the States, I worked one on one with students in 4th grade who needed extra help in reading and math.
