As an undergraduate I worked for the university learning center and the educational opportunity program. I tutored students in various subjects including: introductory physics, calculus 1, calculus 2, calculus 3, and freshman level English. I was also a tutor for Newark public schools. Post graduation I have performed some private mathematics tutoring for high school students that attend my place of worship. My other work experience includes patent examination of medical devices, prosthetics, implants, mechanical engineering devices.
From the beginning we must let the students know what expectations we have so that they can prepare themselves for the upcoming tasks at hand.
