I currently work as a substitute teacher at Riverside Military Academy. I've worked with elementary children and teenagers extensively. I start out with discussing the area of weakness with the student and then try to investigate why this might be the area of weakness. Once this is discovered, I teach the student (through examples) until they understand the topic with which they need help.
