I am currently a student at the university of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where I am majoring in early childhood education with a minor in speech pathology. I am working full time as the head aftercare teacher at hickory valley Christian school where I work with elementary school children. My teaching philosophy starts out with essentialism which believes in a strong core curriculum and high academic standards.
