My comments on tutoring Creative Arts : I have degrees in Art and Design. I would be able to help greatly with any general art project. I have also taught Introduction to Art at a University level.

My comments on tutoring Creative Arts : Experience working with a variety of materials and surfaces.

I believe that the most important aspect to art education is individual expression. Children and artists alike must understand that art is subjective, and the beauty of their work lies in it's meaning and purpose. However, I do believe in working hard to improve on personal studio skills. I teach the fundamentals: line, tone, perspective, space, volume. Once students understand the basics, there will be no limits as to how much they can create. I am also a firm believer in collaboration. I gradauted in 2008 with a Bachelors in Integrated Communication but have currently been working for about three years as Paralegal at a Law Firm in Denver, CO while also interning on the side at a start-up Social Media company. I will be leaving the Law Firm shortly in hopes of pursuing creative writing. While I have had the opportunity to do some writing at the Law Firm, it was, well obviously or not, not creative writing. I've spent 19 years on this earth pouring every day into being creative. I have attended 4+ years of workshops and electives in fields such as Graphic Design and Creative Writing. I would say I've dabbled in most things that involve imagination and my findings were that I needed to share what I learned.
