My comments on tutoring College Algebra : Comes up once in awhile, well experienced in the subject matter.

Have been tutoring since 1983, was an Math teacher for one year in an internship that ended when the city went bankrupt. I have had over 3 years of tutoring students in Algebra as well as science. I am a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Sigma Kappa Delta where I graduated with honors from LSCS. I enjoy helping students to succeed in their courses. However, most teachers provide just one standard way of learning. I do not believe this is the way that students should be taught. In order to be a great teacher, every subject needs to be taught from multiple perspectives. I believe in my students and that they can succeed if they are given opportunity.
