It is my belief that most students that seek out the extra help of a tutor have a much greater capacity to learn than they realize. It is upon that belief that all of my tutoring is centered around. My long term goal for most students is to show them how to be self-learners so that at some point they tell me to stop coming because they don't need a tutor anymore. I have always loved math, back to elementary school, and I have always done well at it. When I was a Junior high school student, I started an advanced program in mathematics from columbia university. I was in the program throughout my junior high and high school years.
