When I was in school, I could always understand or figure out what the teacher was trying to get across. Some students, however, didn’t always understand what was being explained. I was the kid who would rephrase the teacher’s remarks and explain it again in a way that the other students could understand. Not all students understand things in the same way. I try to find a way to explain things so the material is more interesting and less frustrating than it is when the teacher explains it. I use my work experience to apply what the student has learned in the classroom and instruct them how the subject is applied in today's work force. Since graduating from University of Modena (Italy) with a BS in Biology, and during my Ph.D at University of Siena (Italy) I have been developing my career in the research field.
