I became a certified CRLA tutor and started tutoring my sophomore year of college; I've been tutoring ever since. Rushing into a problem without first figuring out the best approach to solving it is not my idea of what tutoring is about. I ask the person their question and let them show me what they know. I then proceed to follow them through where they get stuck and show them how to achieve the answer. I am very patient and I feel anyone can understand any problem they have. I had a wonderful experience attending MSMC.I learned a wide variety of skills and techniques throughout the Psychology teachings as well as about the intriguing study of Psychology itself. There were many opportunities to examine and research philosophies and perform actual research as a team. I had the experience of learning a long side other students, however, I did tutor other fellow classmates at various times throughout my educational career in many venues.
