My teaching style is instructional but with student interaction. I wait for the student to resolve the problem, which helps with their critical thinking. Teaching is broken down into steps, whereby it is easier for me to identify where the problems exist within the subject matter and material. I then teach from the step where the problems arise and expand on that.
I have taught school at the high school level for two years in the U.S. Peace Corps. My wife and I have 6 children who we tutor every night once home from school.
