I love sharing my knowledge with others, whether it's in a group or one-on-one. I make sure that my pupils can easily comprehend what is going on during the lesson. Questions are a good indicator that active comprehension is taking place, and I am there to make sure that any and all questions that are to be had will be answered. My approach is to establish a relationship with small talk and introductions. A parent must be present at all times. I will keep up with the child's work load in the respective subject and also be in contact with their teacher. But my inital style will be repetition, which I found to be most productive during my time in the military. However, I realize that there many different methods to teaching.
