I believe that all children have the potential to learn and am a strong advocate of customized teaching. I am so drawn to the mathematics and sciences because I learn from working through problems and finding methods to solve them. When I tutor I tend to emphasize to the student to find a study method that works for them and adapt it to whatever they need to learn. I try to suggest to the student options for solving a problem and letting them discover the way they understand the best.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2007 with a bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry. My degree required supplementation with Math and Biology, taking such classes as calculus I&II, multivariative calculus, matrices, human/animal anatomy and physiology.
