I have earned two bachelor degrees, BS in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and BA in Spanish. I have 10 years of professional experience involving customer service, Spanish translation, tutoring, and training. As an ex-patriate, I was afforded the opportunity to learn Spanish fluently and have witnessed first hand its importance in business and life today. I also have elementary age children that I assist in the everyday learning processes.
My favorite part about teaching is the moment that something "clicks" within a child's mind. I am a problem solver naturally so I try to lead children down a path of discovery instead of just teaching the answer. A Little Bit About Me...

I have never had a formal teaching position. However, in working with staff accountants in the firm I worked in, I was the one that helped explain issues and have always been told that I was very easy to approach and never intimidating. I have always felt that you do not make yourself look better by making someone else look bad. I never assume that the people I was helping understood everything. I tried to never skip over basic information. I never want to see someone struggle.
