American Sign Language proficient. Creative Arts, world history, political science, English and literature. I am a Child of Deaf Adults and have 31 years of sign language experience. I scored a 3.4 on the educational interpreting performance assessment and am working toward a re-test for a higher score. I specialized at one school, Hope Hall in Gates, NY, where I worked with students who had a variety of learning challenges. A Little Bit About Me...

I attended Northern Arizona University, whereupon I fell in love with sociology. I have a firm grasp of basic and advanced sociological concepts, specializing in historical analysis and research methods. After school, I spent my time working temporary jobs, and found one that I thoroughly enjoyed. At Wyko I aquired a set of technical skills that allowed me to work on some of the most advanced instruments of the day. So far as my teaching is concerned, I have been teaching for a number of years as a full-time instructor for elementary students. Many of these students include special needs and emotionally handicapped children.
