I have tutored fellow classmates, and I have often helped my siblings and friends with homework. I have helped students with reading. I also belive that the best teachers are the ones that make themselves less needed the longer they teach specific studdents. Its my experience that the more engaged you keep students, the more they will retain information. The teachers who continue to influence me and affect my day-to-day life are those who had a genuine passion for teaching and a contagious love for their subject. They were the best teachers, not only because they possessed the necessary knowledge, but because they were animated and caring and able to cater to students' needs.
