Upon graduating with a BA in International Affairs and Spanish in the Spring of 2003, I traveled to India to work in an orphanage and school for orphaned and underpriviledged children. For six months, I taught a wide range of subjects, including Reading, Writing, History, Social Sciences and Math in a small classroom setting (10-30 students). Last summer, I traveled to Guatemala and Mexico to work in an orphanage for abused children, to where I also returned for the past Christmas break.
