Teaching is my passion. My teaching style is to first evaluate the extent of the student's knowledge in the specific subject area and then start from the beginning and brush up, filling the gaps in knowledge. I work quite well with non-traditional learners and use props when I need to. Sometimes I find that this is the best approach for visual learners. I always look for alternative ways to teach a subject, if I need to. There is, after all, more than one route to the market.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have always had a strong appreciation for education and learning new things. My educational experience was strengthened when I attended Cornell College, which has a strong liberal arts program. I immediately took an interest in the sciences and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Pre-medicine. My education was additionally complimented when I immersed myself in several language, mathematic, English, and humanity courses, which gave me a strong diversity in the liberal arts curriculum. Due to the smaller class sizes at Cornell, most of the exams were given in essay form, which strengthened my writing skills immensely.
