With a little work, you will get there!

I have struggled with the areas I am not proficient in, so I understand what it is to be frustrated and confused. My teaching style is presenting various approaches to the same idea, in hopes that at least one will click, and better yet, each approach with solidify an idea or concept that much more.
Being an undergraduate at WPI and haven taken several Advanced Placement classes in areas outside of math and science, I consider myself a very well rounded student. I was also strongly considered for a MASH program here at the University, or "Math and Science Help", as a Section Leader/Tutor. I requested that they bring their notes and textbook so that I use them as a reference when teaching. I can either answer specific questions or walk through the material. A Little Bit About Me...

Throughout high school and college I showed proficiency for mathematics as well as an ability to help teach those around me. After college I became a pension analyst and have studied for several actuarial exams. In my current position one of my responsibilities is to educate new hires or colleges on systems and processes. Often times due to the nature of our work this requires a refresher math course to the trainee. The math involved ranges from basic elementary math to advanced calculus and actuarial principles.
