I have taught at the elementary level, and substitute taught kindergarten through high school, but I most enjoy tutoring one-on-one. As an engineer and manager, training employees was an integral component of work performed throughout my ten-year professional career. I created systems and procedures, followed by training and "tutoring" for successful implementation. I also worked for the university during my college years as a Chemistry coach.
