Use my experience in a way that students can success

For the past five years,I have been involved in some level of teaching. I was first a tutor in computer science at my local university where graduated with my undergraduate degree. Upon graduation, I was assigned to a beginner class to teach computer science at an introductory level while I helped tutored students with economic and other business courses. Since I came to the United States, I have served as graduate assistance, during which i helped tutored undergraduate students in the areas of public administration, economic, and public finance. I also had the opportunity to tutored some of my classmate at graduate school level who couldn't understand some of the courses. Every person has the ability to learn! I have found the key is to establish a rapport with each student, and then find the method that works best for them. Some students learn better by hearing the concept. It is helpful for them to first have a conversation about what the subject matter is, and how it is used, and then proceed to the actual lessons. Other students excel when they see the concept first, and learn best through visual aids.
